Industrial Container Services, LLC (ICS) of Maitland, FL announced today that it has completed the acquisitions of Cropland Containers, Inc., of Webster City, IA, and Stainlez, Inc., of Minneapolis, MN. The transaction includes all machinery, intellectual property, equipment and inventory utilized at the Cropland and Stainlez facilities.
