Industrial Container Services, LLC (ICS) of Maitland, FL announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Minneapolis/St. Paul-based businesses of Twin City Container, Inc. (TCC). The transaction includes all of the reconditioning machinery, intellectual property, other equipment and inventory utilized at the TCC IBC reconditioning facility in Cannon Falls, as well as the steel drum reconditioning plant and distribution center in Hastings.

Twin City Container, Inc. is the second acquisition by ICS in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area in as many months. ICS is now the largest provider of reconditioning and related products and services in Minnesota.
